Client Testimonials

The best way to understand the level of concern John & Vernon have for their clients, is to hear what their clients have to say about working with them, in their own words:

"John was very helpful to us in our quest for property in Montana. He is informed and professional, and we knew we were in very capable hands with him. He has a thorough knowledge of the complicated process of real estate, and helped us navigate our way to owning a little slice of heaven!"

Julie and Ted McNamara, August 2008

"I am writing this letter to thank you for your continued diligence in several projects that have involved your expertise. You have represented Betty and I well in all regards. It is clear that you KNOW Flathead real estate, the whims of the market and current trends. You have worked tirelessly to help us achieve our goals. It is with great confidence that we recommend you as a local expert at any opportunity. As we look toward the future we have every intention to utilize your services exclusively."

John and Betty, November 5, 2008

"This was my first venture into commercial real estate. My situation was somewhat complicated because I was in a partnership with two others, and each of us had different ideas for the property. John was sensitive to the needs of each partner and was able to guide us through the process in such a way that each felt like he came out on top. John listened to us, made recommendations, and negotiated to get the price we needed. Thanks to John we now own a valuable piece of Whitefish purchased at a good price."

BIGFORK, MONTANA

Nestled on the shores of Flathead Lake, with forest and mountains forming the perfect backdrop, Bigfork knows how to put on a show. Every holiday season, the village is decked out in colored lights, fresh-cut greenery and trees and hundreds of bright red bows. Add the Art Walk, concerts, parades, children’s party, sleigh rides and shops creamed with holiday gifts and it’s enough to make Scrooge smile.

Come spring, the waters of the Swan River rush into Flathead Lake, bringing kayakers from around the world to compete in the annual Whitewater Festival. The Swan River Nature Trail becomes a perfect viewing area to spot daring competitors trying to tame the class V rapids.

Then there’s theater. With community and children’s theater, concerts and special events, the stage lights shine bright year round in the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts. And for more than 40 years, summer in Bigfork has meant theater. Now in its 44th year, the Bigfork Summer Playhouse brings some of Americas best young talent to perform nightly in its musicals and comedies.

Fall begins with the food and fellowship of Tamarack Time. This is a time to slow down, enjoy the changing colors, take a hike in the Jewel Basin or play a round of golf on the shores of Flathead Lake.

Pick a season. Or visit often. You’ll discover why they say that Bigfork is “far from the commonplace”.

For dinner and entertainment, be sure and check out ShowThyme on Electric Avenue downtown.
